PANORAMAS: Himalaya from Ngozumpa Tsho above Gokyo, Nepal

High up on the Ngozumpa Glacier lies the tiny lake of Ngozumpa Tsho, often referred to as the {quote}5th Lake{quote}. This is a stitch of nine images taken from the moraine above that lake, looking north to east, and featuring the peaks of Cho Oyu, Gyachung Kang, Pumori, Everest and Lhotse. The south Col is wonderfully clear between Everest and Lhotse. The original stitched file of this panorama is almost 25,000 pixels wide, meaning it will make a fabulous large print. Full photographic resolution up to 85 inches (215cm) wide. This was taken in mid December when the air is crystal clear. The detail is breathtaking!Nikon D300, 17-35mm
