HINDU KUSH: Tajik Traders

Afghan Tajiks from the Wakhan at Baba Ghundi Ziarat in the Chapursan valley, Hunza. During the Taliban era these supporters of the martyred Ahmed Shah Massoud were obliged to make the perilous journey over the mountains to Pakistan in order to purchase essential supplies.
