I'd like to thank the Big Chill for booking him and the man himself for making a whole posse of us roots lovers very happy! What a set! The highlight of the weekend for me - hearing "Valley of Jehosephat" and "War Inna Babylon"live on that sound system - WICKED! I wonder how many of the younger members of the audience during The Dub Syndicate's fantastic set in The Coop realised exactly who the shadowy figure behind the drums was?I first saw him over 20 years ago with Gregory Isaacs at the Academy in Brixton. The Roots Radics provided the riddim behind so many JA artistes, and it was a complete joy to here the Dub Syndicate at this year's BIG CHILL. RESPECT!!
